Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States

• We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous (lower 48) United States.
• This includes all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
• No minimum order amount required — free shipping applies automatically at checkout for qualifying destinations.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and International

• We do not currently offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO), or international addresses.
• Shipping rates to these locations are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• For Alaska and Hawaii: Expect higher rates due to additional carrier fees — we'll show the exact cost before you complete your order.
• We do not ship internationally at this time. If this changes, we'll update this policy and announce it on our site.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Current status: Presale. We are now accepting orders, but products are not yet in stock or ready to ship.
• First orders are expected to begin shipping in early Q2 2026 (April–June 2026), once production and fulfillment are complete.
• After the initial batch ships, subsequent orders will be processed more quickly — typically within 3–5 business days of stock availability (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Once your order ships, standard delivery to the lower 48 states usually takes 3–7 business days via our carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size/weight).
• All processing and transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to production timelines, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high demand during launch.

Important Notes

• We ship only to physical addresses — P.O. Boxes may be accepted for some carriers but could incur extra fees or restrictions.
• All shipping rates and free shipping eligibility are based on the shipping address you provide at checkout.
• Duties, taxes, and customs fees (for any future international orders) are the customer's responsibility.
• We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods or carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
